Our rates are designed to ensure that you receive exceptional value for the service we provide. Please find our rates outlined below:
Leasing fee: 30% of the monthly rent for each new lease
Monthly management fee: 10-12%* of the monthly rent (8-10% for services for 5+ properties)
*As a special offer for new partners, we are excited to introduce a limited-time discount. For the first 3 months of using our services, you will enjoy an 8% monthly fee (6% for services for 5+ properties). This discount comes with no commitment, allowing you to experience the quality of our services, risk-free.
*The 10% fee will include a customized list to fit your needs. For us to open an escrow account to manage/budget for repairs/maintenance, a 2% monthly fee will be incurred.
